6 months flatbed in past 3 years (or securement class if flatbed is 3–10 yrs ago)
OTR = 5+ states in sleeper

Max 2 license suspensions in past 2 years
No at-fault DOT accidents in last 12 months
No more than 2 at-fault in last 36 months
No 15+ mph over, cell phone, or seatbelt violations in 3 years
Max 7 jobs in 3 years
No job abandonment or safety terminations in last 3 years
Criminal History:
No sexual or violent offenses ever
DUI: Max 1 in lifetime, none in past 5 years
No failed/refused drug tests in last 5 years
Other:
TWIC not required but preferred
Drug testing: Urine & Hair
Driver Type: Owner Operator (Open Deck Solo)
Equipment: ELD-compliant trucks

Barr-Nunn flies drivers home from terminal and back on their home time.
NOTE: Drivers must be willing to drive at night.
